You are warmly invited to our Spring Embroidery Fair, now in its twentieth year and we hope that you find it a lively exhibition. There will be a varied mix of embroidery and textile art with examples of members' work resulting from workshops and dayschools as well as some individual member's displays. Some items will be for sale.
There will be demonstrations throughout the weekend and a number of trade stall with fabric, threads and books so that this is a real celebration of all aspects of contemporary and traditional embroidery. New for 2018 will be a World War 1 themed archive with items of embroidery, fashion and sewing items plus a colourful display following the group's recent study tour to India.
Delicious homemade lunches will also be served. Children are very welcome to 'have a go' on a demonstration table.
